Meet John Barron and Dwayne Roscoe, Mama Roscoe’s Pizzeria founding fathers.
How Mama Roscoe’s Pizzeria got its Name
Mama “Judy” Roscoe made her pizza sauce in the 1960’s, but not very often. In the late 80’s, I perfected the special blend of seasonings that gives the sauce that exceptional taste. And with this amazing sauce and special dough combination, in 1989, the family opened our first of three Pizza Club Pizzerias
The inspiration
Mama loved Disneyland, so in 2012 we started a tradition, Mama and I would get a hot fudge Sundae every time
we left the park, and I called it Mama Roscoe’s hot fudge Sundae. After she passed in December of 2017, I
still kept going to Disneyland to get Mama Roscoe’s Hot Fudge Sundae.
In her honor-That inspired me to create Mama Roscoe’s Pizzeria. Dwayne A. Roscoe 2019.
